AIMO has created boards at State level to be closer to the industry in that region and facilitate the industry based on regional or State environment.

Over 40 Councils on different subject matters comprising experienced senior executives pooled from member companies, various legislative and other matters of concern to industry are studied and analyzed to provide expert guidance and advice to the National Working Committee of AIMO for taking up the matter with the different stake holders.

Periodic workshops and training programme are organized to help members keep abreast of developments in industry. Plans are also afoot for starting skilling and finishing school programs as per the industry needs in Academic institutions to help the industry in getting skilled employable manpower.
